ABOUT DCBW
DeSoto County Business Women is an organization made up of female business leaders in the community who connect through fellowship, leadership opportunities, and various community service projects through local non-profit organizations. We strive to develop ourselves both personally and professionally, while creating a network that makes an impact in our community.
Through this organization, we have been able to distribute scholarships, create a women’s business closet, and honor women striving for excellence in business. LeTicia Eldred, president
LeTicia Eldred is a financial advisor with Edward Jones, serving clients in Hernando, Mississippi with a passion for helping individuals and families secure their financial futures and reaching their retirement goals.
LeTicia has been Ambassador of the Year by the Hernando Main Street Chamber, is Vice President of the Hernando Veterans Day Committee and proudly serves as an Ambassador for the Parkinson’s Foundation and member of the Mid-south Moving Day Committee, lending her voice and presence to raise awareness and support for those impacted by Parkinson’s disease.
A lifelong resident of Southaven, LeTicia has deep roots in the community where she raised her three daughters and continues to be a proud “Gigi” to her seven grandchildren, with one more on the way. Beyond her professional and civic commitments, LeTicia enjoys spending time with family, hiking, and crafting one-of-a-kind pieces in her leatherwork shop.
Cristan engelke,
Vice PRESIDENT
Cristan Engelke serves as the Event Coordinator for the Southaven Chamber of Commerce, where she leads the planning and execution of events designed to strengthen community connections and support local businesses. She believes that true success isn’t measured by personal achievement alone, but by creating opportunities that uplift others.
In addition to her event leadership, Cristan acts as the Chamber Liaison for the Southaven HR Association (SHRA), helping deliver impactful leadership education and business development workshops that foster growth and prosperity throughout the region.
Cristan’s passion for community extends far beyond her daily work. She is the host of the Southaven Business Beat podcast, where she spotlights local leaders and organizations making a meaningful difference through innovative programs in education, health, and community service.
A DeSoto County native, Cristan has been married to her husband, Chad, for 26 years. Together, they have three sons — Ian, Matthew, and Chad Jr., who is married to their beloved “daughter-in-love,” Anna. Their greatest joy has been welcoming their beautiful granddaughter, who made Cristan proudly embrace her favorite title yet: Lolli.
Grounded in her faith, Cristan is passionate about sharing the love of Jesus Christ and is devoted to building genuine, lasting relationships that help others grow and thrive in every area of life.
Shannon Feol, Secretary
Shannon Feol has called DeSoto County home since 2018 and has been an active member of DCBW since 2022. She is a Certified Culinary Nutrition Instructor and recipe writer, a path she began in 2020. Following her son’s autism diagnosis, Shannon developed a deep passion for supporting her family’s well-being through nutrition and “biohacking.” She regularly shares her expertise and wholesome recipes on her website, FamilyWellnessJournal.com, and contributes to The DeSoto Times-Tribune.
A devoted mother of three and business partner to her husband, Robert, Shannon also brings nearly two decades of experience as a Real Estate Broker, primarily serving the Memphis market with a focus on rental properties.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Shannon is a fitness instructor at Jane’s Gym and an award-winning professional BBQ pitmaster alongside her husband. Their team earned Grand Champion titles at both the Hernando Water Tower Festival (2018) and the Senatobia 5-Star City Fest (2019).
Beyond her many roles, Shannon enjoys playing the violin and viola and cherishes quiet moments on the front porch swing, watching her children grow and the family dogs play. She is also a proud member of Grace Church Anglican in Olive Branch.
TICHA BRANNAN, Treasurer
Ticha Brannan is an experienced financial advisor licensed in eight states, including across the Mid-South region. With a background as a corporate accountant, she specializes in retirement planning for entrepreneurs and small businesses. Ticha is deeply passionate about women’s financial education and is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those she serves.
Since relocating to Mississippi in 2019 with her husband John, Ticha has become an active member of the Desoto County community. Her daughter, son-in-law, and three beautiful grandchildren joined them in the area last year. She currently serves as president of the Generosity Network Desoto Chapter and volunteers for the House of Grace, a local emergency shelter for battered women.
Ticha and John are members of Getwell Church Southaven. Ticha also volunteers annually at the Gather Women’s Conference. Through both her professional work and community service, Ticha is dedicated to empowering others and creating lasting, meaningful change.

Linda White is the Owner and Photographer at Linda White Photography: a Portrait studio located in Southaven, MS. She specializes in Headshots and Branding photos for local professionals and Empowering Photo Sessions for women.
Linda enjoys networking with the community. She started the "Linda White Women's Networking Group - Memphis" which spotlights, supports and connects local women business owners and entrepreneurs. She is also involved with several networking communities in Memphis and Desoto County that bring together like-minded entrepreneurs and help them grow their business.
Linda is most proud of her family and two beautiful daughters. They enjoy traveling, spending time in nature and sharing valuable moments with friends.
Lindsey grace darby, Past president
Lindsey Grace Darby works as a commercial and industrial real estate agent with Brown Properties, a local agency specializing in small business real estate in Desoto County and north Mississippi. Prior to having her real estate license, she was a homeschooling mom, homemaker, and ran a successful online business focused on literacy. Having grown up and lived in Desoto County most of her life, she enjoys connecting people and businesses whether through business, social, or church events.
She and her husband have three children who love being involved in various activities. She also enjoys reading with her book club, music, and playing hostess for friends and neighbors.
