Following her son’s autism diagnosis, Shannon developed a deep passion for supporting her family’s well-being through nutrition and “biohacking.” She regularly shares her expertise and wholesome recipes on her website, FamilyWellnessJournal.com, and contributes to The DeSoto Times-Tribune. A devoted mother of three and business partner to her husband, Robert, Shannon also brings nearly two decades of experience as a Real Estate Broker, primarily serving the Memphis market with a focus on rental properties. In addition to her professional pursuits, Shannon is a fitness instructor at Jane’s Gym and an award-winning professional BBQ pitmaster alongside her husband. Their team earned Grand Champion titles at both the Hernando Water Tower Festival (2018) and the Senatobia 5-Star City Fest (2019).
